Jello Salad
Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free peach or apricot jello, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine jello and pineapple (with juice), then heat until mixture boils.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
Add buttermilk and refrigerate until it starts to gel, then add Cool Whip and pecans.
Return to refrigerator.
