Jello Pies
Jello Pies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1 pkg. strawberry jello and 1 can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place can of milk in freezer until cold.
Combine eggs, sugar and pineapple juice.
Cook over medium to low heat until eggs are cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add jello to mixture while still hot.
Take can of milk from freezer. Beat on high for 5 to 6 minutes.
Fold in with cooked cooled mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crusts.
Refrigerate.
Be sure congealed before cutting.
A cool dessert for summer.
