Jello Pie
Jello Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small box jello, 1 c. pineapple juice and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring to a boil and let cool.
Beat in 1 egg.
Whip 1 cup evaporated milk.
Pour into first mixture and mix well.
Pour into pie pan lined in bottom and on sides with vanilla wafers.
Chill.
