Jello Pie
Jello Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can cold evaporated milk, grated rinds from 2 lemons, 2 boxes chocolate cookies and 1 small pkg. jell-o (flavor your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine Jell-O with 1 cup water.
Let Jell-O cool.
Prepare pie pan (large).
Rub unsalted margarine on pie pan (bottom and sides).
Beat cold evaporated milk and add Jell-O, a little at a time.
Add sugar and rind.
Beat until fluffy.
