Jello Mold with Sour Cream
Jello Mold With Sour Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. strawberry jello, 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 medium can crushed pineapple (with liquid), 2 bananas, sliced and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare jello with 5 cups water in a large bowl.
Add fruit with liquid and nuts (bananas, pineapple, strawberries and nuts). Scoop 1/2 into jello mold pan.
Refrigerate. Set aside remaining mixture. When first half is jelled, spread sour cream over mold, then scoop remaining mixture over sour cream and refrigerate to set.
Best made 1 day in advance (overnight).
