Jello Mochi
Jello Mochi is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. mochiko (not box type), 2 pkg. (3 oz.) jello (any flavor), 2 cans soda (use same flavor as jello), 1 1/4 c. sugar and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dry ingredients.
Add unchilled soda, eggs and butter. Mix well.
