Jello Lime Mold
Jello Lime Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lime jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, then add cold water and lemon juice.
Gradually add cream cheese to Jell-O mixture.
Mix well. Chill until almost firm; fold in marshmallows, nuts and pineapples.
Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
