Jello Fig Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 4 c. figs, mashed and 4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash, drain, peel and mash figs.
Mix sugar and jello.
Pour over figs and let stand for 45 minutes.
Stir over medium heat. Bring to a good rolling boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
