Jello Cream Cheese
Jello Cream Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. lemon jello, 2 c. boiling water, 15 apple slices, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 6 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups.
Chill remainder until thickened.
Pour into 6 molds. Arrange the apple slices in gelatin.
Chill until set but not firm. Beat cheese until smooth.
Blend in reserved gelatin.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Spoon into mold. Chill at least 4 hours.
