Jello Cookies
Jello Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In small mixing bowl sift flour and baking powder.
Set aside. In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Beat until smooth; these cookies may be rolled and cut out in shapes or dropped by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle each cookie with jello powder.
Bake for 13 minutes in 400Β° oven.
May also add food coloring to cookie dough if desired.
