Jello Cheesecake
Jello Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 small pkg. lemon jello and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream first three ingredients together well.
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Refrigerate until cold, not thick.
Pour into cheese and sugar mixture.
Add juice of lemon.
Stir in Cool Whip and mix lightly.
Pour lemon mixture into a graham cracker crust.
Top with cherry pie filling.
