Jello Cake
Jello Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 baked 8 or 9-inch white cake layers, cooled, 1 small pkg. jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water and cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prick each cake layer with fork.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Pour carefully over cake layers.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Remove from pans.
Frost top of first layer and stack.
Frost sides and top with Cool Whip.
