Jel-Cheese Salad*
Jel-Cheese Salad* is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 small can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain juice from pineapple.
Add enough water to make 1 cup juice.
Cook sugar and pineapple together 5 minutes.
Soak jello in juice until dissolved, then add to hot pineapple-sugar mixture. Stir.
Fold in cheese and whipped evaporated milk.
Pour in ice tray.
Place in freeze unit until firm.
Cut in squares. Serve on lettuce.
Serves 8.
