Jean's Wine Cake
Jean'S Wine Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix (plain), 1 (4 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding, 3/4 c. wesson oil, 3/4 c. california straight sherry and 4 large eggs (egg beaters okay), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the cake and pudding, adding oil and sherry. Mix in eggs, one at a time, adding nutmeg at the last. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
