Jean's Salad
Jean'S Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cherry tomatoes, 1 white onion, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1 medium red bell pepper and italian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash and cut tomatoes in half.
Place in a bowl.
Peel and slice the onion.
Add to tomatoes.
Cube the Mozzarella cheese. Chop the bell pepper and add these to tomatoes and onion.
Toss with dressing.
This is best if made the day before and allowed to marinate overnight.
Serves 6 to 8.
