Jb'S Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. (32 cups) air popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. margarine and 1/2 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put popped corn in a very large kettle (like a water bath kettle).
Bring sugar, margarine and syrup to a boil in a very heavy pan.
Pour over popped corn.
Spread mixture on cookie sheets and bake at 200 degrees until dry (about 2 - 2 1/2 hours).
