Jason'S Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. deer or beef, 1/2 c. liquid smoke, 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. tabasco and 1/2 tsp. garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all spices together.
Trim fat off meat.
Cut into thin strips.
Place meat and spice mix in Ziploc bag.
Let marinate overnight in refrigerator.
