Janey's Toffee Bars
Janey'S Toffee Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 48 graham crackers, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 lb. real butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Separate graham crackers and cover bottom of a large rectangular pan, which has been lined with waxed paper.
Bring the butter to a boil and then add brown sugar, constantly stirring. This should boil for about 2 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Pour mixture over crackers. Bake for 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove and cut while warm.
