Jamaican Cook Up
Jamaican Cook Up is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. spinach, 2 pkg. shrimp, cleaned, 1 1/2 lb. rice, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 3 cooking tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Parboil spinach, then chop.
Parboil shrimp.
If large, cut up. Cut tomato and onion small.
Add margarine.
Let sauce with shrimp and spinach for 15 minutes.
Add rice and water enough to cover. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until rice is tender on low fire.
