Jam Kolaches
Jam Kolaches is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 1/4 c. flour and 1/4 c. raspberry jam, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter and cream cheese in medium bowl.
Beat until fluffy.
Add flour.
Mix well.
Roll dough 1/8-inch thick on lightly floured board.
Cut with 2-inch round cutter.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Spoon 1/4 teaspoon jam on each cookie. Fold opposite sides together.
Press edges with fork tongs.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Yield: 2 dozen.
