Jam Coffee Cake
Jam Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. margarine, 2 c. packaged biscuit mix, 1/3 c. milk and 1/2 c. raspberry or strawberry preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut cream cheese and margarine into biscuit mix until crumbly. Blend in 1/3 cup milk.
Turn onto floured surface; knead 8 to 10 strokes.
On waxed paper roll into 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
Turn onto greased baking sheet; remove paper.
Spread with preserves. Make 2 1/4 inch cuts at 1 inch intervals on long sides.
Fold strips over filling.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
