Jam Cake
Jam Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour (plain), 1 c. buttermilk, 1 c. jam, 1/4 c. butter and 1/2 box raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream in butter; add beaten egg yolks, milk, flour and soda.
Add nuts, jam and raisins that have been soaked in hot water and finally fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan and bake
1 hour or until tester comes out clean when inserted. Bake at 350Β°.
