Jam Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 5 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. jam, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

(Dry ingredients should be sifted together.)
Bake in large tube pan about 1 1/2 hours at 325Β°.
(May not need to bake quite that long.) When cool, cover with caramel icing.
