Jam Cake
Jam Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. jam, 6 egg yolks (save whites), 1/2 c. ground coconut (fresh) and 6 oz. ground raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add jam, then eggs, milk and flour.
Mix by hand and add other ingredients.
Mix and bake in 4 greased and floured pans and bake at 375Β° until done.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then cool on racks.
