Jalapeño Fudge
Jalapeño Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained, 3 large eggs and 3 c. monterey jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 400°.
Put chilies evenly in greased 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle cheese over chilies.
Pour eggs over cheese and bake until firm in center, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Place on wire rack and cool 5 minutes.
Cut into bite size pieces. Delicious served on crackers.
