Mix dry ingredients; add milk, oil, eggs and corn.
Add peppers and onions.
Pour 1/2 mixture into greased 9 x 14-inch baking pan or 10-inch iron skillet.
Sprinkle 1/2 of Cheddar cheese; add balance of mixture.
Top with remainder of cheese.
Bake in a 375° oven for 35 minutes or until done.
