Jackpot Casserole
Jackpot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, 1 1/2 c. water and 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat in hot fat.
Add onion.
Cook until golden.
Add tomato soup, water and noodles.
Cook until noodles are tender, stirring frequently to taste.
Add corn and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour into greased casserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
