Itsy-Ritsy
Itsy-Ritsy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, crumbled, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 1 c. milk and 2 pkg. instant pudding (coconut custard or banana cream are especially good), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix crackers and melted butter; save some for topping.
Place crushed crackers in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix ice cream (softened), milk and instant pudding.
Place ice cream mixture on top of crackers.
Spread with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture.
Freeze.
