Italian Zucchini
Italian Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium zucchini, sliced, 14 oz. can tomatoes, drained, 4 green onions, chopped, 1/2 yellow onion, chopped and 3 ribs celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook the zucchini in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
In saucepan, saute the onion and celery in butter until soft.
