Italian Spinach is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. leaf spinach (frozen), 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain slightly. Add butter, cheese and egg.
Stir until well-mixed and egg is cooked.
Serves six.
