Italian Soup
Italian Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot italian sausage, 2 medium onions, diced, 1 green pepper, diced, 4 c. beef or chicken broth and 1 3/4 c. red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute sausage, dried onions and green pepper together until sausage is cooked.
Drain off grease.
Combine rest of ingredients, except paste.
Add the sausage, onions and green pepper mixture. Simmer for 1 hour.
Add pasta and continue cooking until pasta is done.
Serve with French bread.
Yields 8 bowls.
