Italian Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. hot italian sausage, 3/4 lb. sweet italian sausage, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped and 4 c. beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut sausage in chunks and brown.
Pour off fat; saute onions and green pepper to soft.
Add garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, tomatoes and pepper.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Before serving turn up heat and add bow tie macaroni.
Cook until tender.
