Italian Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large bottle italian dressing, 3 or 4 lb. roast and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In foil-lined pan, place roast in foil.
Pour bottle of Italian dressing over roast.
Cover and place in oven at 300Β° for 2 to 3 hours.
