Italian Rice
Italian Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 stick margarine, 1 onion, finely diced, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 1/2 c. rice (regular) and 4 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onion in margarine.
Add tomato paste when onion is softened.
Add 2/3 broth; stir.
Add all of rice; mix.
As rice swells and cooks up the broth, keep adding small amounts of broth gradually until the rice is done.
