Italian Meatballs
Italian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground meat or 1 lb. ground meat plus 1/4 lb. ground pork, 1/2 c. milk, 1 heaping tbsp. chopped onion, 1 level tsp. parsley flakes and oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg.
Add meat.
Take 2 slices bread and cut the crust off.
Tear the bread in little pieces and add to 1/2 cup milk just as it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and beat the bread with a fork until it is smooth; let cool.
Add the following to the ground meat: salt, onion, garlic and parsley.
Now add the cooled bread and milk mixture.
Mix with hands until well blended.
Add a little oil.
Make meatballs and fry until brown.
Add to spaghetti sauce.
