Italian Meat Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 4 slices toast, 2 cloves garlic and garlic salt, 1 egg and 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak toast in cold water for 7 or 8 minutes and then press dry.
Combine with all the other ingredients.
In a bowl, work together until thoroughly blended.
Form in 12 medium sized balls and fry slowly in about 2 tablespoons hot shortening until brown on all sides.
Do not turn meat balls until absolutely done.
