Italian Lentils is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. dry lentils, 2 c. stewed tomatoes, 1 onion, chopped, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place lentils in saucepan with enough boiling water to cover. Lightly boil 30 minutes, adding more water, if needed. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
