Italian Cream Cake
Italian Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 c. sugar, 5 eggs, separated and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream the margarine and shortening; add sugar gradually.
Add egg yolks and beat well.
Mix flour, soda and salt and add to the creamed mixture with buttermilk.
Stir in vanilla, pecans and coconut.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes.
