Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 boneless chicken breasts, 1 jar spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, 1 c. bisquick and 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper.
Coat chicken breasts with mixture and place on Corning Ware dish with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Cover dish and bake on 400Β° for 45 minutes.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
Serve over rice or noodles.
