Combine flour and baking powder in bowl.
Beat together eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and vanilla or lemon.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix together with wooden spoon, then by hand. Roll small pieces of dough and twist and bake at 350Β° on greased cookie sheet.
Frost with thin frosting.
