Italian Beef Roll
Italian Beef Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 or 2 lb. round steak, 2 c. bread stuffing, 1 c. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. melted margarine and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pound the meat to 1/4-inch thickness.
Combine all ingredients, except water.
Spread stuffing evenly over the meat; roll up and tie with a spring or roll in aluminum foil.
Place in baking pan or dish.
Add water to pan and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
