Italian Beef Bake

Cut meat in strips and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Cut up tomatoes (save the juice) and put tomatoes, onion and pepper strips on top of the meat.
Mix the juice in cornstarch and steak sauce and pour over the top; salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
