Italian Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. beef rump roast, 1 small jar salad pepperoncini and 2 tbsp. italian spices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove string from around roast and discard.
Place roast in roasting pan.
Pour liquid from jar of peppers over roast.
Remove stems from peppers and discard.
Do not discard seeds.
Chop peppers and sprinkle over roast.
Place in warm oven (200Β°) before bedtime or in early A.M.
