Island Teriyaki
Island Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 lb. round steak (frozen) and 1 tsp. dry ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Slice steak in 1/4-inch wide strips while still frozen. Marinate in mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, ginger, pepper and garlic.
Leave overnight in refrigerator.
Put on bamboo skewers, weaving meat every 2 inches.
Put on barbecue. Cook to taste.
