Irresistible Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
Irresistible Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 c. crisco vegetable shortening, 1 1/4 c. light brown sugar, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375°.
Combine peanut butter, shortening, light brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Add egg.
Beat until blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Mix until blended.
Drop heaping teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly.
Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes until just beginning to brown.
Cool for 2 minutes.
Remove cookies.
Place on foil.
Add Hershey's Kisses to center of cookies.
Allow time to cool completely.
