Irish Whiskey Cake
Irish Whiskey Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, double strength coffee, 2 tbsp. bourbon or scotch and 1 large carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Make yellow cake according to directions, except substitute double strength coffee for water called for.
Bake in two round layers.
When layers are cool, split them in half.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon whiskey on each cut, except for rounded top.
Spread Cool Whip on each cut surface and top.
Stack layers.
Refrigerate 8 hours (24 is better).
