Irish Stew

Trim the meat and cut into chunks.
Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
Cut cabbage into strips.
In a large pot, layer meat and vegetables.
Add all seasonings.
Add broth to barely cover meat and vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Cook over medium-low heat for about 1 hour until the meat is tender and potatoes are cooked.
Add more seasonings, if desired.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve steaming hot.
