Irish Scones
Irish Scones is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. self-rising flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. raisins and 1/4 or 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Measure and mix the flour, sugar and soda.
Cut in margarine until well mixed and grainy looking.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups buttermilk and beaten egg.
Add raisins.
