Irish Salad
Irish Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 1/4 c. cottage cheese (small curd) and 1/4 c. nuts, finely cut or chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat pineapple to boiling point; do not boil.
Add jello and marshmallows; stir lightly until dissolved.
Remove from heat. When slightly cooled, add cottage cheese and nuts.
Pour into 6 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.
