Irish Potato Cake

Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks.
Cream and mash potatoes and mix.
Add milk.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add nuts and raisins. Beat egg whites.
Fold in last and bake in 350Β° oven until done. May cover with chocolate icing or any other favorite icing.
(May use 1/4 cup cocoa in cake for chocolate flavor, if desired.)
